ZK-4B混凝土膨脹劑是我公司生產的低堿、低摻量，硫鋁酸鈣類高性能混凝土膨脹劑。其性能穩定，顆粒級配合理，膨脹性能的發展與轉標后的水泥水化體系匹配。在混凝土中摻加8%~10%的該膨脹劑，可補償混凝土的收縮，提高混凝土的抗滲抗裂能力。ZK-4B混凝土膨脹劑執行?混凝土膨脹劑?(GB23439-2009)標準，限制膨脹率符合Ⅰ型標準要求。

ZK-4B concrete expansive agent is a kind of low alkali,low content,calcium aluminate high performance concrete expansion agent.Its performance is stable,the particle size distribution is reasonable,the development of the expansion property match the cement hydration system.Concrete expansion admixture can compensate concrete shrink-age so that the concrete structure can resist crack and penetration efficiently.ZK-4B concrete expons1on agent to perform the‘concrete expansion agent'(GB23439-2009) standards,the expansion rate is in line with typeⅠstandard requirements.

主要技術性能

The main technical performance

1、本品為粉劑，無毒、無味、不燃，不含氯鹽，對鋼筋無銹蝕作用。

2、以推薦摻量摻入混凝土中，對新拌混凝土性能無明顯影響。

3、內摻8%的ZK-4B混凝土膨脹劑，膠砂水中限制膨脹率達到0.040%，各項指標滿足?混凝土膨脹劑?GB23439-2009的要求。

4、以8~10%的摻量等量取代混凝土中的膠凝材料，可在混凝土中產生微膨脹，減少混凝土的收縮。當配筋率0.2~1.0%時，混凝土限制膨脹率為0.020~0.040%，在混凝土中建立0.2~0.7MPa的自應力，從而補償混凝土早期水化熱引起的溫度收縮和干燥收縮，提高混凝土的抗滲抗裂性能。

5、摻加適量的膨脹劑，能滿足抗滲等級P8以上大多數混凝土抗滲要求。

6、摻加該膨脹劑的混凝土可大大提高抗硫酸鹽侵蝕能力和海水侵蝕能力。

1.This product is a powder,non-toxic,tasteless,non flammable,non chlorine salt,non-corrosive effect for steel.

2.In the concrete,the performance of the new mixed concrete has no significant effect.

3.With 8% ZK-4B concrete expansion agent,the swelling ratio of the gel sand water reached 0.040%. ZK-4B concrete expansion agent to perform the‘concrete expansion agent'(GB23439-2009) standards.

4.Replace the cementitious materials in concrete with 8 to 10% of the volume equivalent,can produce micro expansion in concrete,reduce the shrinkage of concrete.When the reinforcement ratio of 0.2 to 1.0%,the concrete limited expansion ratio of 0.020~ 0.040% in the concrete establishment of 0.2 ~ 0.7 MPa self stress,to compensate the concrete early hydration heat caused by temperature shrinkage and dry shrinkage,improve the concrete impermeability crack resistance.

5.Adding the expansion agent,it can meet to reqairements of most of the concrete anti permeability level P8.

6.Adding the expansive agent can greatly improve the resistance to sulfate attack and seawater erosion.

注意事項

Notes

1、本品在使用時，等量取代混凝土中的膠凝材料，推薦摻量8~10%；配置后澆縫、后澆加強帶混凝土需提高摻量。

2、現拌工地或攪拌站必須按確定的補償收縮混疑土配合比投料，計量裝置必須準確，膨脹劑不能少摻，否則達不到補償收縮的要求，但也不能超量摻加，否則將對混凝土結構產生破壞作用。

3、摻加膨脹劑的混凝土攪拌時間要比普通混凝土延長30S，澆筑時，混凝土振搗要均勻密實，不漏震、不欠震、不過震。

4、摻加膨脹劑的混凝土養護非常重要，應及時澆水養護，使混凝土表面始終保持濕潤狀態，養護期不少于14天；負溫施工要保證混凝土入模溫度不低于5℃，澆筑后要立即用塑料薄膜和保溫材料進行保溫保濕養護。

1. When use this product,the equivalent replacement of the contentious materials in concrete,recommended dosage of 8 ~ 10%;The mixing amount should be increased after the preparation of the cast.

2.The site or mixing station must be in accordance with the determination of the compensation shrinkage of concrete,Metering device must be accurate,the expansion agent can not be less mixed,otherwise,it is meet the requirements of the compensation contract.However not excessive adding,otherwise it will cause damage to concrete structure.

3.The mixing time of concrete mixed with expansive agent is longer than that of ordinary concrete 30s.When pouring,Concrete vibration should be uniform and dense,not leak,not under earthquake.

4.Admixture of concrete curing is very important.should pnomptil watering consenwation.Make the concrete surface always keep moist condition,the maintenance period is not less than14days,Minus temperature construction to ensure that the concrete into the mold temperature is not less than5 degrees Celsius,and immediately after the placement of plastic film and thermal insulation materials for thermal insulation.

包裝、儲存和運輸

Packing deliver

本品采用編織袋內襯塑料袋普通編織袋或防水編織袋包裝，每袋干粉凈重50Kg，運輸和儲存要防止破損、受潮結塊。也可根據客戶要求進行包裝運輸，如罐車散裝等。

The article uses the woven bag lined with plastic bag,ordinary woven bag or waterproof woven bag packaging,Packaging with inner double PVC bags containing 50kg net each.To prevent damage when transportation and storage.We can also transport packaging according to customer requirements,such as bulk tanker etc.
